We will happily accept returns for most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the result of an error on our part, we'll pay for the return shipping costs as well (if you received an incorrect or defective item, for example).
We can only accept items purchased directly from Cardboard Safari (through cardboardsafari.com or our Etsy shop.) Anything purchased at a retailer should be returned to the retailer where the transaction originated. If the product was damaged the retailer should handle replacement of the product.
Your refund will be delivered within four weeks of ordering (often much, much faster.) This includes shipment of the product back to us, processing your request, and the bank transfer back to you.
No refunds will be provided for products or that are returned due to non-payment of customs fees, VAT or other duties, or for the refusal of goods.
Cardboard Safari is not responsible for paying these fees nor do they receive proceeds from these fees.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
