International Shipping
Cardboard Safari ships world-wide using the US Postal Service as it is the most cost effective and least amount of trouble for us and the customer. Our shopping cart automatically calculates shipping costs to your location. Select the items you want to purchase, add them to the shopping cart, enter your address information and the shipping rates and payment options are presented to you. It’s that simple.<br>
When ordering multiple items the shipping rate may appear higher than it should be as the shipping box weight is added for each item. The actual package is weighed before shipping and we refund any shipping overage that might occur due to multiple item shipments. We never add additional fees to the shipping cost so you know you are paying the lowest rate.<br>

Replacement Parts
While the incidence of defects in new items is extremely low, there may be occasions in which replacement parts are needed. In most cases, any replacement part requests will be handled directly by Cardboard Safari. Returns & Exchanges
You may return "new and unused" merchandise that has not been special ordered within 30 days of ship date as stated in our Returns section for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift packaging, or other charges within 15 days of ship date.<br>
The returned merchandise must be accompanied by proof of purchase as well as all original documentation and packaging; otherwise, the return will not be honored.<br>
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Cardboard Safari before returning merchandise. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; and the item must not have been altered in any way. Same Day Shipping for In-Stock Items
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed.<br>
Cardboard Safari offers same day shipping on many orders for in-stock merchandise if we receive and process your credit card order before 3:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Credit card orders for in-stock merchandise received after 3:00 p.m. EST Friday, on a weekend day or a holiday will begin processing the next business day.<br>
Merchandise not available for same day shipping usually ships within two business days after your credit card order has processed. Please note that overnight delivery on credit card orders for in-stock merchandise processed before 3:00 p.m. EST on Fridays will be shipped on Monday as the next business day unless you select Saturday delivery for an additional charge when available.

All orders are shipped using USPS or FedEx. Delivery time is usually five (5) business days from the time your package leaves our warehouse. <br>
